A mom, a caterer and an food entrepreneur, Mai Lan Bradford has been cooking for her friends and family for most of her life. She’s an advocate for clean eating who loves cooking and making people happy through food. She spent much of her twenties in the food and bar business but then decided to get a “grown up job” so she spent the next 14 years in banking and financial services. She realized in 2013 that she wasn’t happy with what she was doing so she started Mai Lan’s Kitchen in 2013 making lunches for teachers. In 2014 she opened Korner Kitchen so she can offer her healthy meals to the public. She brings years of culinary experience and a wide range of knowledge to her community of food lovers.

Mail Lan enjoys learning about new cuisines and flavor combinations to create boldly flavored and deeply satisfying dishes – her current obsession is Indian. Combining her formal education with work in hospitality locales across the city, Mail Lan has developed a depth and breadth of knowledge in the areas of culinary preparation, kitchen efficiency, and special event excellency that will guarantee your event lives up to her meticulously high standards. Her vivacious personality and stellar customer service record ensure that customers will enjoy every aspect of the event planning experience from the initial consultation, through the tasting, to the spectacular event itself!
